<p>Enroute visit Murudeshwar and Mookambika Temple. Proceed to Udupi (180 kms - 4.5 hrs). Enroute visit Murudeshwar Temple (77 kms - 1.5 kms from Gokarna) and thereafter take a detour (25 kms) for Mookambika Temple at Kollur. Mookambika Temple is a renowned Pilgrimage centre in South India visited by families with Kids before they start Schooling (called Vidya Arambh). Reach Udupi by evening. Udupi is a temple town at 60 kms North of Mangalore renowned for its Udupi Krishna Temple. Other temples to visit in and around Udupi include Shri Saibaba Temple, Kodavoor (2 kms), Shri Janardhana & Mahakali Temple, Ambalpady (1 km) and Shri Venkataramana Temple, Kalyanpur (2 kms).</p>
<p>Excursion to Sringeri Mutt and Annapoorneshwari Temple (Horanadu) Day excursion to Shri Sharadambha Temple, Shringeri (85Kms - 3 hours) and Annapoorneshwari Temple at Horanadu (near Kalasa). Return to Udupi by late evening. The drive is scenic through Western Ghats around Kudremukh Reserve Forest.</p>
<p>Visit Kukke Subhramanya temple via Karkala, Moodbidri and Hisanadu. On return to Mangalore visit Dharmasthala enroute. Leave early for Kukke Subramanya temple (170 kms - 4 hours), enroute visit Jain Pilgrimage centres of Karkala & Moodbidri, Annapoorneshwari temple (Hosanadu). Subhramanya is home to a Lord Subhramanya (Also known as Lord Murugan in Tamilnadu) known as Kukke Subhramanya Temple. It is one of the biggest and most prominent pilgrim centres in Dakshin Kannada area. While returning to Mangalore take a short detour to visit Dharmasthala. Dharmasthala is another major Pilgrim centre in the area and home to Manjunatha Swamy Temple. Reach Mangalore by late evening.</p>
